TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
1. If you're going to commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service.
2. I'm allowed to post the commission to my socials unless asked beforehand not to.
3. You acknowledge that I'm a digital artist and that my work is digital. There is NO shipment of any physical goods in your commission.
4. I'll try to complete the commission in about 3 weeks. I will notify you if there are any delays.
5. If you want progress pictures, you can ask me on discord.
6. changes are to be made in the sketching/ lineart stages. Any changes further on will cost extra.
7. You are NOT allowed to modify or edit the commission without my permission.
8. You are NOT allowed to remove my watermark
9. Rude/disrespectful clients will be blocked
10. My work is for private use only. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
11. I have the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not need to specify why, but I will notify them.
12. DO NOT USE MY ART IN NFT OR AI LEARNING
PAYMENT
4. You have to pay first. After we have an approved sketch, there will be NO REFUNDS unless I no longer wish/can work on the commission
5. I take cashapp for payment as of right now in USD
